Terms of Service

This is an initial version of the UnionUser terms. Using the platform means agreeing to these terms; enterprise customers are governed by their signed contracts.

Service

We provide license management, payment integration, release distribution and a customer portal. Available features follow your plan and the product.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding accounts and API keys and for activity in your workspace. Notify us of suspected abuse.

Billing and refunds

Billed by plan and active licenses. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days; monthly plans are not refunded for the current period after cancellation. Overage follows published prices.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malware distribution or circumventing third-party licensing. We may suspend service for violations.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Except where required by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Self-hosted security and operations are the customer’s responsibility.

Open-source attribution

The platform is built on the Keygate engine and keeps the “Powered by Keygate” attribution.
