This policy explains how UnionUser handles data while providing the licensing platform. This is an initial version; signed contracts and in-product terms take precedence.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address, login codes, workspace and roles.
- License data: license keys, plan, expiry, hashed device identifiers, activation and verification records.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Operational data: audit logs, IP and request timestamps for security and billing.
How we use it
To provide license verification, device management, payments and renewals, security auditing and support. We do not sell your data.
Storage and retention
Managed plans store data on our cloud servers and object storage; self-hosted data stays in your environment. Account and license data is retained for the service term; deletion requests are handled under applicable law.
